Need some helpHi guys, perhaps you can help me out here : What's the difference between the Norton Confidential and Norton Internet Security packages? Do I need both, or do they complement each other?

Re: Need some helpIt appears as NC is a supplement to NIS; it looks specifically for phishing attempts, keyloggers, etc.
Do you need either of them? It depends on how responsible you are when you're on the Internet. If you're suspicious about email attachements, look for SSL connections when visiting web sites, and practice general safe computing, then you probably don't need them. I've been using computers for nearly 15 years and have never had a problem. All I have is a firewall and AV program, though I've never actually found a virus on my system. Oh yeah, there's also spyware to watch out for but nearly all of it went away when I stopped using IE. __________________

Re: Need some helpNorton Internet Security Nortons Firewall. Norton Confidential is more for people who are doing business transactions online, like online banking and trading. It's got good extra protection against keyloggers and spyware. I've got Norton Internet Security since don't-know-when and am pretty happy with it.
