of help with my site...I've been working on it for some time now, just trying to get everything right...and just when I thought everything was good....it wasnt..My problem is I have a transparent picture with two inserts inside...the far left is the menu, and the one on the right is the browser. Now, because I'm fairly new to web design, I'm not familiar with frames, and that is why everything loads when you surf each page.

i think i know the problem, I just don't know how to fix it. www.angelfire.com is the site, and as you'll see when you click on one of the links, the page's browser won't allow you to scroll down. I think it is because it is on a layer underneath the transparent picture, but I don't know how to get the browser as the dominant (sp) layer...any help will really....help.
