Welcome to GIDBlog or 'Hello World'

GIDBlog is a WordPress-MU installation where you can create your own blogspace. It is a simple process that can be accomplished by visiting GIDBlog.com and following the "create new blog" link on that page.

There are numerous ways to present your information and the ability to use your AdSense publisher ID and AuctionAds ID from the Admin Interface.

There is a list of the active blogs to visit as well. Please take the time to see another part of the GIDNetwork.

This forum is the place to discuss how to do things with WordPress on GIDBlog as well as to comment on current blogs.

I wanted to add this since it was what the new bloggers got to see when we first started over at GIDBlog. While it wasn't all that long ago, by internet standards it's creeping up on ancient.

Thank you for starting this forum, Mark.

It does feel like we started GIDBlog a long time ago, doesn't it? But now I realise that the first post was submitted just over 2 months ago! And even if there are only a handful of us blogging, the site has grown exponentially (traffic-wise), which was unexpected, but good!

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who is helping with the GIDBlogs area. I find many of the articles fascinating (or at least entertaining) and have the RSS feeds set up in Google Reader so I can keep up to date no matter where I am. It's also nice to be able to share my thoughts with the world at large, even if no one ever reads them.
