Data Recovery... Hard Disk Access


We Are Doing A Project On Data Recovery........
We Are Trying To Access The Hard Disk Using A C++ Code For Fat 32 In Windows Xp...but Xp Prevents The Access To Hard Disk....is Thnere Any Tool Or Way By Which We Could Access The Disk

...most modern operating systems virtualize their file systems. You can write your own installable file system. You'll need the WinXP DDK, administrative rights...and the inevitable reboot.
