Fairly nice design. I would like it more if you delete the 3 tables on the top, right above the main content area.

On the left you have 'Advertise here' but there is no more information about how to do that. Maybe turn 'Advertise here' into a link?

Another change I suggest is modify the back and forward arrows to point in the direction it is going to go. Don't just point up.
