Merchant Account For Transactions less than 30 cents?

The service my website is going to sell is going to cost less than 30 cents ... is there such a thing as a Merchant Account that doesn't charge a "Per Transaction" Fee, but perhaps charges a monthly percentage? If a merchant account is not what I'm looking for, is there any alternative?

You might check out Paypal, they have a Micropayment offer. And if you can consider offering bundles, i.e. 15 for $2.99. They get a discount and it helps to cover your costs

Paypal might be a good solution for your micropayments. Depending on your country then maybe mobil payments are also an option.

A traditional merchant account is probally not the answer. You may want to look a PayPal instead.
