How do i compile, make, and make install? Where do i do it and is there a program for it?

if i were you, i would download phptriad for windows, its really good. It comes with php,apache,mysql and phpmyadmin.

and best of all it installs and configures everything for you.

all you have to do is start apache, and then type in http://localhost to view the current .html file.

and if you want to edit it go to c:\apache\htdocs and your index.html file is in there.
