I am fairly happy with my site in general but need a few suggestions for the menu on the left hand side.

Although I am not too much into karate, your site looks pretty good to me, keep up the work!

highlight the sub headings 'home, articles, products' etc.. and change the colour of the [new] text or use a different font ... tell me how it goes at my email address (webmaster@anastaciadreams.com)

I really like your site. I would change the background to little lightest to make it easier on the eyes of your visitors. I think your site is good and the domain name is good too. Looks good the glossary provides a lot of information. Yours site appears to me as it is designed from one of the template of www.***.com ( may be coincidence). Anyway the only thing I would change is the background.
