Hello, i wasn't sure where to post these questions, so if this is in the wrong section i apologize.
First, i'm having a problem with my home page

I have some image swap buttons, when you click on the product buttons "side curtains", "front curtains" or "ground mat" the image above and the image text to the left are supposed to change, but sometimes it doesn't do what it's supposed to, the space goes blank or nothing happens. Is this because my image files are too large? Is there anything i can do to make this go smoother.

My other question is in regards to updating web pages, when i make updates to pages, my client sometimes has to hit refresh 4-5 times before they can see the change. Is there anything i can do about this?

You can use what is called a NOCACHE header, which prevents the browser from caching.

It may be worth reading this (link below) about bugs in IE and the old Netscape, but most people have a modern enough browser to cope.
