Configure TCP ports to open with CSFPreviously, I was using APF to configure the firewall (iptables) of this server, but I had also recently read about ConfigServer Security & Firewall (CSF) for Linux servers.
When the server was replaced earlier this month, I decided try CSF instead, and this is what I did yesterday. I installed the scripts and everything seems to be working okay, so far. I have a question about opening outward bound TCP ports. I have this tool that needs to access the Internet, what ports (or range of ports) do I open? See the last line below. Code:
