WInXp Apache database?Hi guys, 1st time here ^^
Ok heres is my goal: i want to host a blog system called Movable Type. What it requires: Httpserver, Perl, some sort of database: SQLlite, bekerly DB, etc. What i have: WinXP, Apache, Perl, and i have both Bekerly and sqllite, but i know very little about either. But here is the broblem: I dont understand how to load them on apache. I just need 1, preferably Berkerly DB. I know i have to use the "LoadModule", i get the concept of that but i do not know how to make a module for to put in the module directory.......????????????????????? Help :-? Ty in advance ^^ |

Isn't Berkeley DB available in MySQL?Try downloading MySQL....
Also the Windows download includes the MySQL-Max server binaries which 'supports' Berkeley DB and InnoDB I believe... Check out the Windows platform notes on the www.mysql.com site to see how one starts MySQL on WinXP to have these dbs available to you. __________________
