I think you should just delete that.

Interesting forum, I prefer Phpbb though. The styles that are already made for it are awesome. I think the colors and such for your forum are somewhat too bland.

To fix this. I would make a mouseover effect when you moiuse over the subforums. such as PC Cheats. When you click on the mouseover, it will take you to the desired page.

The popup when going to your site is not nice to have for a site that is just getting its users.

Also, have you thought about buying hosting for this? There are many good hosts out there that are cheap, and reliable. I believe hostcolor.com posted a good deal in the Web Hosting Ads. Something like $2/month. Check it out :-D
