GeForce FX 5600 problems

I am having problems with my GeForce FX 5600. In all the games I've tried after installing my GeForce, the screen goes black - it turns itself off! Everything else are running fine, but the screen can't be turned back on - at this point i have to restart my computer. Some of the games I'm talking about are; Max Payne2, Medal of Medal of Honor and Battlefield 42...
But strange egnough - In Max Payne2 it is only crashing in the menus - it never goes wrong in the main game. But in Battlefield and MOH it is ONLY doing it in the main game...

What do your Bios setting look like for the AGP on your motherboard? I also need to know what is the name of your card, who makes the board? Do you have anything else plug into the video card? Ex. I have a pair of 3D Glasses that I've been experimenting with the way you use then is you plug the monitor into the unit for the glasses and then the unit for the glasses plus into the video card. Do you have anything like this? I also need to know do you have any other problems with the card like in windows itself?
