Hello, got big problem, need your help guys, I have online pharmacy, we are based in u.k.,we are selling prescription drugs(steroids), we are quite new online, half year, but growing fast. monthly turnover around 4000£. was using paypal for a while , but got suspended, as I knew will be, so need good merchant account at the moment, today signed up with instabill, so will see that they will tell.Any opinions much appreciated. thanks in advance.

You might see what the gateway 2000charge.com can do for you as well. Your volume is low but if you are growing, they might be able to help you out.

I've been using instabill for a while too now. Haven't had any problems so far with my high volume merchant account. Hope it works well for you too

Not really everyone. I have nothing to do with 2000charge.com - I just have met with them and they seemed like a bunch of good people. I do consulting with another agent with another provider

I promote my provider (emerchantpay) coz I'm happy with the service they provide. Problem is they're kind a new and relatively unheard of, so it's hard to get over that initial trust issue. It's worth a try though. They do high risk and they're based in Europe (if that matters to you... ).

I think every new company should have a chance, but in this business you will need people from the Industry and that have been there from almost the beginning, since fraud from all aspects of this business is increasing.

I just speak in general since I do not know this new company, 2000charge I know very well, it's indeed an option.

Fraud has been around for a long time and it isn't going anywhere.

I was a newbie reseller in 2002 and did lots of research into HostCharge - lots of good reviews from various forums including WHT.

Ended up getting burnt for $600 USD when the operator did a runner. Not that much I know but when you are starting out it is a frustrating learning experience.

Others got burnt worse - I heard one host lost $30+K.

Not much helpful advice here, this thread reminded me of the HostCharge experience.

Its true. Fraud is everywhere and with newer technologies its getting worse. But if your merchant account provider offers you online fraud protection then you dont have anything to worry about.
