Here we go!

Main Page:
Somewhat confusing layout. There are too many small areas with information.

Your Server picture should be displayed On the top right of your page- where you have the open space. Also ad a bit of information on your front page about the basic prices. Something like, "Professional Hosting as low as $2.50 per month!". Something catchy, to make someone know what you are offering.

Left side-Main Page
The text "Doubts? Qustions?" should be in a different font color.

I also think you should have a rollover effect for your links. That way it is easier to know there is a link, also, it makes the page look better. People like to see things move/change.

Layout
You have a lot of More pictures. I think you should change each of the More pictures to something like, 'Information' for the left side. And 'Web Mail' for the on towards the bottom. Same with the other 'More' options.

You should offer Alerta Uptime stats, as well as display that on your front page: "Our servers are monitored by Alerta!"

Where do I find out more information about your Datacenter? Maybe make a link somewhere on your front page about it when you are talking about the DC being located in the NJ area.

In 1024xsomething your page has a little bit of whitespace on the right side. Maybe add another cell with the backgroun of that cell as the squarelike background you currently have for the columns.

I am having trouble finding the 'Home' button after I goto a page on your site.

Page: email.html
Ya know the little lines you have after the first two plans to chose from? I think you should add one of those right below the last plan, underneath the person.

Same page
"Differences" box displays the information in the center/middle location of the cell. Make it appear at the top. That way it looks better.

Community Page:
You should have the template for the forum to be similar to your template.

Hosting Plan Page:
You have two different colors of pictures for the servers. At first, I am like, wow, good idea, then I see it repeats... Now im thinking it looks tacky. So do this.
Modify the origional black/white one to have a light orange server, and for the next plan(last one and best one) have it a light red. Both the same tint as the blue. You want to give it a metallic look to it.

Page: Helpdesk.html
"Talk to Technicians or chat with other clients. We also do give support via the support forum" Where is the support forum? Maybe make the words 'support forum' a link to it.

Terms Page
"Adult hosting is allowed" Maybe this was a typo..?

Change the word 'SurpassHosting' to your name. Also, make sure you have permission to use their Terms of Use page.

Hosting Plan Page
The page displays information that says what your account will have. What 'shopping carts' do you offer? And so forth. Maybe provide a few details on what exactly comes with each plan.

Maybe display some of your server information, too.
