Allegro, link staticallyHey,
I need to show a programm using allegro on a pc that doesn't have it installed. I can't istall Allegro (its a school pc)... So I guess that I should somehow link it statically... Now, i each time have to link a static library, something like "liballeg.a" ... But if I try to execute the programm on another pc, (which doesn't have allegro) , it says that it can't find "alleg42.dll"... So, this means that my application still uses the dinamic library alleg42.dll How, if possible, can I have an application that uses only a static library, and can run on a computer that doesn't have allegro on it?? It is quite urgent, so if possible, please answer fast... thanks, -XXX- |
