Speeding Up Loadtime

Just an idea... Have your google ads load up in an IFrame. I hear that speeds up the load time of sites using google's ads.

Where did you hear that? Although iframes generally work to speed up web pages (making banners load up after the fact), they are not suitable for AdSense ads in particular.

But thanks for the feedback, Bobby.

Unless they are deliberately hiding it from me (non US, non UK web surfer), I didn't see anything like that on their site. Infact I didn't see ONE AdSense ad while I was there... ??:

Whatever... I am almost certain they do this because their GUEST users are viewing pages with the SESSION IDS on (at least on the second page), AdSense then shows PSAs for pageviews like these. To make it worth their while (I know that "guest views" form up to 75% - 85% of our total pageviews here for example - so it's not something you dismiss as trivial); they resort to creating an iframe, load in some keywords on the page and serve it instead... I am just guessing, of course.

I know some forum sites that did just that, the AdSense ads nearly always showed the same ads no matter where you were on the site - it got boring very quickly.

We don't have that problem here.
