Problem in Java to launch ExamXML on Linux

We use ExamXML diff tool from www.a7soft.com to compare XML files in our Java code
Runtime.getRuntime().exec(“ExamXML ....”);
It works well on Windows but cause a problem on Linux. Is it possible to launch ExamXML on Linux?

Thanks.
