Graphics Issues (Screenshots Included)

I installed a new stick of RAM the other day and all of a sudden I started getting crazy graphics issues--even the BIOS screen right at startup had issues. I updated my drivers but it didn't help. I rolled them back to the original ones and that didn't fix the issue either. I then pulled the new memory stick out of the RAM slot but no, the issue STILL didn't go away. I switched out the power plug on my RADEON All-in-Wonder 97000 pro graphics card because it looked a little worn but that didn't solve any issues. I tested the monitor on another machine and it looked fine so I am thinking the issue has to be with the GPU and/or its drivers. Anyone familiar with this or have a suggestion? Screenshots below.

Do you have a spare video card?

Re: Graphics Issues (Screenshots Included)

I am pretty good about trying to get rid of static on me when I open up my computer. This would be the first time I had a problem with it. I don't know. I think it's probably about time I did a complete overhaul of my system anyway. My GPU and CPU are both a little dated. There's just that issue of money...
