Adaptec Jewel Case files - Pre WinXP.I have inherited about 100 .jwl files which I need to open because of the large amount of information they contain. They were created using Adaptec Easy CD Creator (Jewel Case Creator) Version 4. I got hold of a copy of Ver.4 but it would not work with WinXp - real bad compatibility problems.
Does anyone know what version was the first to be compatible with WinXP? Adaptec was bought by Roxio quite a while ago, and Roxio was bought by Sonic CD a few years back. Sonic's I-Help is anything but, you just go round in circles. The latest version of this software is now over U.S.$100.00, and I would greatly prefer to solve my problem by other means. Suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance |

Re: Adaptec Jewel Case files - Pre WinXP.A kind person has provided me with a later version of this software which he assured me would solve the problem. It has. Bye.
