I bought NFS Carbon but unfortunatelly I can't play online because game needs to be updated. I donwnloaded this patch needforspeedsavegames.com but when I run it nothing happend. I mean it shows black dos console and vanish in a less then a second. After that when I start game I see 1.0 in the screen corner and it should be 1.3. Please help me I contacted technical support but they didn't respond.

Right now, I do not have a good answer for this question;, but since you bought the software should receive the corresponding after-sales service, their complaints.
