problem with visual studio project

I have got two visual studio projects written in c and c++. One project connects to hardware, controlling the hardware. Another project is an interface made using the FOX (version 1.6), for displaying some stats from the hardware. The question is that how can I combine two projects in visual studio.net . Or can I call the methods in one project from another project?
