Re: Why Free HostingWho is "ppl"? is ppl people? If so, people that are new to having their own websites for personal use tend to go with free hosting first. I agree that the costs have gone down and it's worth it to pay for a host.

Re: Why Free HostingYet there seems to be lots of offers on free hosting. Do the one offering have some sort of quality offerings. I assume it shall be like working with limitations.

Re: Why Free HostingI could see using a free host for image buttons or something that can easily be replace if needed.
I also have seen some really good free hosts out there, hopeing that their customers will eventually upgrade. |

Re: Why Free HostingI've used free hosts as a development server before I setup my home network. That way I could see try different things and see how it looked without having pay for the development time. (I know, kinda sleazy but when you're first starting out you do what you can).
