My site just recently opened it's doors, so I figured I'd post it up to get some feedback..

The idea behind the site is that webmasters can come and post there hosting requirements, and hosting providers can bid on how much the monthly fee will be to host that paticular website.

Please let me know what you think of the design and layout, but more importantly - would you use a service like this? It's 100% free to post a hosting request..

Wonderful idea Ibold, I've been looking for some hosting where I have very specific requirements such as certain Apache mods added, python & other things on VDS (what GID Forums is on) for as cheap as possible.

I'd like to hear how big the hosts pipes are (transfer rates) and how generous they would be on space.

On your options, I'm surprised you've yet to mention MySQL databases since you mention PHP. You don't give a mention to whether hosts would supply domain names free etc. etc.

I like the design, but I don't like the fact that you have to mouseover to find the suboptions for each section I didn't see that at first. (saw them at the bottom just now though.

I'll leave it at that for now, but I'd say you've latched onto a promising idea there.

One suggestion... If your trying to get people to come for hosting, do not use the google hosting ads... Because you will lose people to them.
