MudzhyJ is on a distinguished road

corrupt master file table

First of all, sorry for my English, I'll try to post my problem as clear as possible.
I think I've got a Monkey virus www.computerhope.com
I executed an unknown .exe file, then the computer restarted and I found myself looking at the black screen with "NTLDR is missing, Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart". I know other people in this forum had this problem too, but the situation here has somewhat changed after I tried to fix everything by myself.

I've tried almost all the methods I've managed to find:
copy ntld, ntdetect and boot.ini (both from Boot CD and from floppy disc)
fixboot and fixmbr (and as I understand, after using fixmbr it's not possible to boot from hdd?)
bootcfg /rebuild (when I try this, it asks if i want to "add installer to boot list")

Before using this stuff I had "NTLDR is missing" in Windows files partition and a normal 2nd partiton with other information.
Now I don't see "NTLDR is missing". While booting - the screen goes black, shows a blue screen with white error lines for a second and the computer restarts.
And my 2nd partition is now unaccessible and RAW. When I try to enter it in Windows XP Boot CD Recovery Console, it gives me "D:\ error occurred during directory enumeration". When I boot PC with this corrupted HDD as a slave, CHKDSK scans that RAW partiton and tells that master file table is corrupt. I checked it with TestDrive 6.5 and it shows that RAW as a NTFS partition, but when I try to get List of its files, TestDrive gives "can't open filesystem". Also, RAW is showed as Primary partiton, but IMO it should be Logical. Maybe this small fix would change everything, but I'm very in doubt about it.

So my questions are:
1) Is it possible to make this HDD boot with Win XP in it?
2) Is it possible to make that RAW partiton work again without formatting it? As www.ntfs.com tells, I think it's a NO
3) Will it work if I format whole HDD and copy recovered files in it?

I will be grateful even for a small help in this problem which totally ruined my weekend
