I have an established comic fansite that needs a new host. My old host, AhPlace, threw in the towel just after Christmas due to hacking, and I'm in dire need. Since they shut down the servers without any real warning, I am unable to provide any stats on hits or how much space I took up.

What I'd like, in terms of service, is this:

• Up to 10 gigs of space/100 gigs of bandwidth (which is what AhPlace gave me). Doesn't have to be 10 gigs. Five will do.
• .htaccess for phpBB3.
• Current version of cPanel with Fantastico included.
• Custom error pages.
• Ability to use either a uni.cc or tt.us domain name (will be registering one in a few days).
• Ability to upload freeware sound effects (.wav and mp3) files.
• Ability to upload zipped themes I created.

Everything else is gravy.
