Uhh, no

as you might know, shoutcast servers use a lot of traffic.

for a small group of people it might be 1Gb a month and you might be able to get somebody hosting it on a dsl line.

but when you want a big station, like radiostorm.com, you really need your own servers and losts of traffic, say 100Gb min. a month.

So I think your best free stream host will be a very nice person with a fast uplink line to the internet and a computer that is always on.

Maybe a google around will help you, finding this nice person
