Is there any Conversion methods available for converting Html files to doc files?

Read the .html file into Word and save as a .doc file. Word can read .html files without a problem therefore conversion outside of Word is not necessary.

Actually i'm a plugin developer for Adobe indesign...
i want to import html files into Adobe indesign document...
But indesign does not support html files...
thats y i'm trying to convert html files into doc files...
ur suggestion is a manual process...
i want to automate that proces..
so plzz tell me..
How to save that html file into a .doc file using "SaveAs" method...
otherwise tell me...

How to save the contents of an old file 1.doc into a new file 2.doc...
by using "SaveAs" method?

Normally we open the 1.doc file in msword and then click "file->save as" button for saving the contents of the current file into a new file...

i want to automate by using codes...

i tried CopyFile() method... But itz also not supporting by indesign..

So plzz tell me by SaveAs() method....
