Pretty creative.... However, why dun you use the same window to enter ur site instead of opening up a new pop-up??

Yeah, i know that a lot of site are doing it... but in my personal opinion, sticking it to the main window frame.... (would be better)

I like it a lot! Very nice.

A few nice effects. I like the splash page a lot.

My browser at home will not open the new window unless you have the targer="_blank", why not just use that instead of a pop up window that causes problems for some people?

I really like the flash animations. It looks like an awesome start, but I think I have seen a few of those effects on flashkit.com. It might have been one that you posted, but I would definately check it out.

I think on the spalsh page you could add a flash effect to the main image that makes it look like it is beveled out. And that a ball is rolling around over it, but the ball is just the shape of the current selection. I you do not know what I mean I will link you to a site that did what Ijust explained. Rather hard to explain this one, but I should have a link somewhere that will show it.
