how to find blogs with a particular PR in a particular topic

How can i find blogs with a certain Page rank from a particular topic.Consider i have blog about SEO of page rank 5 and i am interested in exchanging links with similar blogs.

Where can i blogs with such specifications?

Go to google and search blog and your topic (in to url) and you will find them.

I used Firefox's SEO plugin to determine a site's page rank.
