I have a website that shows webcams from around the world. Part of my listings, is to show the "Most Viewed" cameras. I have a script that in its very basic of abilities, keeps track of the number of time that a webcam was viewed. I am looking for a means to keep count of each time a cam is viewed, but prevent a user from artificially inflating the count through multiple clicking on the link.

Any help, or direction would be greatful.
