Refuse to cancel accounts, refuse to credit back unauthorized charges


It's obvious this company has serious financial problems. Be very careful to provide them with any credit card number. Try to use alternate payment methods since their practice is to avoid your requests to cancel accounts and keep charging your card until you initiate legal action.

Since this post not related to the original post and is calling us out on some issue, I want to respond.

I have no idea what the issue was with this account but:
1. We are not in financial trouble. As you can see, its 2008 and we are still around - four years later.
2. We only accept credit card payment for hosting, so customers will need to provide us with credit card information.
3. We do not avoid cancellation requests - we provide a convient link in the control panel that is available to ALL our customers to request cancellation at any time. We don't bury that link. We also want our customers to use this link to cancel their account so that we know that an autenticated user - one that has access to the control panel - is actually making the request for cancellation.
4. If the customer, chooses not to use that link and email us directly to cancel an account, then we will ask for authentication of the cancellation request to protect our customers. We don't want random or disgruntled people emailing us claiming to own the account and requesting to cancel.
5. If there is ever any issue, the customer can email our Billing Department at any time and we will work to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. All our contact information is listed on our website and there is a link to the contact page from every page of our website.
