i think it will help roly and others if u tell us where u r planning to install phpBB - cause tripod and tripod.co.uk are 2 entirely diff offers; one has php support and the other doesn't.

to install phpBB u have to go with tripod.co.uk.

or any other PHP enabled host.

go to http://www.tripod.lycos.com/build/module_library/copy.html and install all the modules
