Help for my Son's 1st Grade Class

Hey all! Yes I am still alive.

I have a huge favor to ask of anyone willing to help. My Son's 1st Grade Class is doing an activity where in they are going to create a "Gingerbread Man" that is going to "run away" from the class. They are hoping to get postcards from places that the Gingerbread Man has been seen.

This is where you (hopefully) come in. I would be forever grateful to anyone that would be willing to send a postcard to his class mentioning that they had seen this Gingerbread Man. It doesn't need to be lengthy, but it would be really cool to hear what he would be doing in your neck of the woods, ie cool sights, etc.

Because this is a public forum, I won't post the address here, but please drop me a PM if you are willing and able to do this and I will get you an address.

THANKS A MILLION!!

Re: Help for my Son's 1st Grade Class

I sent a PM to both of you with the address. They want to get postcards from absolutely anywhere. I am hoping to make this a well traveled cookie!

Here is a sample that the teacher gave if it helps explain it better:

Quote:
To: Mrs. Hansen's class

I saw the Gingerbread Man in the Washington D.C. area. He said he wanted to see the sites and museums. I tried to catch him but he was too fast. Good luck!

From: Steve Dryden

Obviously changing for your own comments and area sites, etc. I can't say enough how much I appreciate your help.
