We've used some of the icons from Big Stock Photos for various projects. They are very affordable and we've never had any problems with their site. Have used them for over 4 years.

Buying icons is completely laugthable !
There are just hundreds of libraries of HQ icons on P2P or everywhere.
Or you can make them better easily with PSP or Photoshop
Ridiculous.
