IE message


HELLO!!
When I get this message form the IE(internet explorer):
"This page is accessing information that is not under its control. This poses a security risk. Do you want to continue?"

HOW CAN I KNOW IF THE CLIENT PRESSED NO??

IS THERE ANY EVENT I CAN CATCH IN CLIENT OR SERVER SIDE?

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
