Sending email with long text not possible with StreamyxHi,
After shaking my laptop several times and calling Streamyx hotline even more times, I post this thread and hope someone has an idea. I installed Streamyx two weeks ago, Internet works fine and downloading the emails is ok. But sending the emails (from my streamyx account) is impossible if the text gets lenghty (more than 500 characters) or attachments are enclosed. Short text emails can be sent. Anybody and idea how to solve? Streamyx hotline told me to shake laptop just 101 time more then okey-lah. TQ for any reply. |

I recall facing this same problem when I switched to Streamyx myself. At the time, I was using Windows ME and I had to tweak the MTU setting. I am guessing that you already found that thread which is why you registered and posted your question here? Anyway, here is the thread in case I am wrong: http://www.gidforums.com/t-2361.html.
