I just want to get some peoples opinions about Inverseflow Helpdesk system. Like, does your company use it? If so, do you find it reliable and is it worth the money? $264 at the moment is a little steep for me, but I'm willing to pay for it if it really is worth its weight in gold.

I've also found alternate help desks but this one looks very promising.

Looking at their domain name whois information is enough to make me believe that they are shady. Nevermind that there seems to be SO many requests for feedback about this product on forums.

Maybe 'they' are desperate and 'they' are posting the question themselves?
