When trying to send someone a link to a specific post, you cannot because you do not know the post # for it. Maybe you can somehow display the post number(display the number and a link to that post).

So you have Post #4598 would link to www.something.com/post?4598, but display on the thread as Post #4598.

Also, can you add something that lets you e-mail/PM someone a post?

re: your suggestion - yes, this is already possible but only if you know vBulletin inside out.

Having said that, vB3 comes with this feature built-in. I am still waiting anxiously for the developers to release a Release Candidate version of the script; should be any day now... or so they say!

Yes Matrix, I am sure it runs fine... however, I hack my board to be search engine friendly. This takes much effort in customising some parts of the script itself, not only the templates.

I would prefer to re-code the script only when it reaches RC; otherwise I am just wasting my time.
