A few questions for someone in the programming industry.Hello,
I just joined this forum and am currently attending ITT-Technical Institute seeking a degree in Computer Engineering Technology. Unfortuneately, one of my instructors gave me an assignment where I am to interview someone in the IT Programming field. Since I do not know anyone in that job field, I figured this would be the next best place. If at all possible, I am going to list a few questions involving the programming field down below and could I have as many different possible answers to them as possible. I will give credit to whom answers the questions in my report for class and I would appreciate any assistance with this. Most of the questions will be directed towards professional programmers, so I apoligize if some of the questions are not Programming specific. 1. What is your job title? 2. What kind of IT skills are neccessary for your job? 3. What kind of non-IT related skills are also neccessary? 4. What is the average pay grade with that job title? 5. Do you believe the Programming field is growing rapidly, or slowly? 6. And finally, where do you see computer hardware/software in thirty years? Thank you in advance! Andrew E. |
