need helping hand

Dear all members,
I'm a beginer with Visua C++,so I don't know how to program to create Window interfacing for RS232 communication. I need a Visual C++ RS232 communication source code in oder to connect my computer with another. Please show me solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank for your help
