When i turn on my computer it's black.
when i turn on my computer i can not bring up my windows because of repeated resets .?
using safe mode or last working configuration does not solve this problem. when i go on restarting my computer the problem of resets gets worse so that at the end there is only a black screen with nothing on it.

Well, if safe mode isn't working, you're probably out of luck. You're best bet may be a reformat/reinstall.

Has anything changed before this trouble started? For example, installed any new device (memory, video card, etc), or any new software?

i didn't install any software. it just went black when i turn on the computer. i keep on trying turn it on and off to see if windows will load and for some odd reason, windows actually loaded but when i restarted it the same problem occurred again. it has the options and i tried to click on each one of them but it didn't help, it just went black again.
