MSR-206 Retailer needs to manually input card number help

Hello all and thank you ahead of time for your help

I am retailer and usually operate at trade shows. I own and use a msr-206 card writer/reader for various reasons. Usually we use our msr to program new door cards for our security system, produce gift cards, calling cards, process credit card sales and program gift credit cards for anywhere purchase

My question is, normally when we have credit card data collected using our portable reader while at trade shows. This info usually comes back to the shop in a format that i dont understand usually a bunch of numbers that include the credit card number and exp. somewhere in the numbers.

QUESTION
Our manual card reader broke today, we are able to manually record the clients credit card number and exp. IS POSSIBLE to take that data and input it manually into a msr-206 standard software and be able to have it encoded or have it written onto a hi or lo co card? LIke i said, we have the 16 digit card number, exp, name, and address info/copy of actual card, we need to take the numbers and make it be able to be written to a card.. Is this possible??'
does software exist to do this for me
Does anyone have a link to download the latest msr-206 software.

sorry i was so descriptive, i just didnt want to repost details i left out..
t
thanks

I am using msr-206 provided software.. Are you saying there is other software you know of that we could use that would allow use to easily input a card number. Nothing illeagal here. All legitimate business transactions and client needs.. If you could let me know what I could use or where i could go to read up on this i would be greatful!!>. I am using a msr-206 programmer..
