If you're in the UK check out http://www.uklinux.net

They provide 20meg +php + mySQL or PostGres,
however unlike f2s you cannot connect directly to the MySQL database server which means you have to create database tables manually via the phpadmin interface

IF you're on the free account you also need to be a UK resindent and can only upload with their dedicated dialup number.

Faster than f2s's free service though. I've got a test page at http://www.nickbeee.uklinux.net/phpinfo.php

I've now moved my forums from f2s to UKlinux... I have been getting a lot of access problems with f2s and the uklinux service seems faster and more reliable. I managed to export the database using phpmyadmin at f2s then re-import using a script at uklinux...after a couple of emails to their tech support as the original script they provided didnt't work.

The down side is I had to subscribe for their standard membership, although at 30GBP a year I still think thats good value
