And wich software has been used for this i mean what is the name of this software

Mp3 is for audio formats, Vcd is for video formats, you can't convert those 2. if you want your mp3 playable on normal cd players, you can use windows media player to burn them and convert them at the same time. you'll have to convert the files to .wav files.
