Apache Perl Limit Upload File Size

I am using Apache and would like to limit my files on my upload page.

The script that deals with the upload is in Perl.

This script will upload a file and either in the beggining or once the max file size has been reached it will stop the file.

It cannot try to upload it all and then stop if larger.Just like $CGI:OST_MAX

It will have to do this once the max size is reached or in the begginning, stop and redirect the person to a different page.

Thanks
