Macro's in functions problem

I have a question it is that if you have the macro
CPP / C++ / C Code:
__FILE__
or
CPP / C++ / C Code:
__LINE__
in an inline fuction which value is substituted, the file and line of the location of the function declaration, or the line and file of the location of the function implimentation? Is the answer any different with none inline functions.

Re: Macro's in functions problem

Sorry for the terse answer, but -- try it and find out. I've only used these macros a couple times and don't remember.
