upon starting windows, everything is normal until my wallpaper shows up and i don't see any icons or the taskbar. this occurs sometimes and in order to get my windows back to normal, i had to log off and log in through task manager. also, when i checked task manager, all the important processes were running as normal e.g. svhost, explorer etc etc but all i see is my wallpaper, nothing else! this problem occured only after i got rid if the spoolsv.exe problem. please help me! thanks
