A free no-ads host?

I've tried awardspace (awardspace.com) but they are still in beta. I want to upload and configure a CMS (Community? Management System) specifically php-Fusion, but I have no idea how to configure the remote host... I think it needs mySQL and obviously PHP. Can anyone help me?

I am also searching for a decent host.
