UL Window Seek & UL Window Url

Hi all,
I've encountered a new problem recently! two windows named "UL Window Seek " & " UL Window Url" every 20 minute open and attempt to connect to internet !
I don't know what they really are,perhaps some spys ,trojans or some thing else.
can any one help me ?
